Eltina Gaspar is a visual artist from Luanda, Angola. She uses photography and video as a communication tool,focusing her work on human rights issues and social protests. Through her work, she narrates the historical, social, and economic context of her country.

In addition to her own video art-intervention creations, she has been a producer and art director for music videos by national artists such as: Snick Shine, Young Double and CMC.

In 2021, she won her first prize in the "Olhares Cruzados-Angola e Portugal" competition, organized by Instituto Camões-Angola, with the photo entitled "Igualdade". In the same year, she produced her first short film entitled "E Nós?", which won the category of best Director in the Gender and Human Rights competition, organized by Mosaiko (Instituto da Cidadania), Angola.

In 2021, her work was widely presented in the group exhibition "Em Dependência" organized by the feminist organization Ondjango. In 2022, she presented her work, namely: "Entretons Hurbanos" exhibition, "Depois do trabalho" exhibition and "Café" exhibition. In the same year, she participated in two artistic residencies, namely: Nesr Art Foundation and Pés Descalços, which ended with two exhibitions as a result of the work carried out as a resident. In 2023, her project- Relíquias da cidade de Luanda- was selected for the festival organized by the Goethe Institute Angola.

In 2024, she was a judge in the photography competition organized by Eskebra, and was part of the collective exhibition entitled- Luanda sobre vela-, and in the same year she won the award for best director in the Shortcutz Angola competition, with the short film entitled- Luxo no Lixo-, the DocLuanda award in the category `Luanda precisa de ti', with the documentary- Olha e me ouvirás-, and the photography award in the mental health competition by WHO Angola.

She was part of the artistic residency in Panama (Portobello), where she presented the final work entitled Metonimia Triangular. In 2025, she was a Mentor in the workshop urban imaginaries and audiovisual creations.
She is currently alumni of the MultiChoice Talent Factory (MTF academy)
